Service provision depends on current availability and climate conditions. Modifications to services or discontinuation may occur at any time, at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Criteria for booking a charter include:

  • A minimum age requirement of 18 years old
  • Submission of complete and truthful details
  • Payment of a specified deposit as dictated in the confirmation of your reservation
  • Adherence and agreement to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is only considered confirmed after the payment is received along with our written acknowledgment. We retain the discretion to deny service to any individual.

3.3 Availability

All charters are subject to the availability of vessels and favorable weather. Efforts will be undertaken to cater to your preferred scheduling.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All fees are presented in € and incorporate all relevant taxes unless noted otherwise. Fees can be subject to changes without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: A down payment of 50% of the overall charter fee is due upon reservation
  • Final Payment: The remainder is payable 48 hours before the charter's departure
  • Supplementary expenses (if any): Due after the charter concludes

4.3 Payment Methods

Major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and authenticated checks are accepted. Payments are processed using encrypted and secure methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If cancelled more than 72 hours prior to departure: Full reimbursement minus transaction fees
  • Cancellation within 24-72 hours before departure results in a 50% refund
  • For cancellations under 24 hours before departure, there will be no refund

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the instance that our captain judges the weather conditions as unsafe, options include:

  • Rescheduling to another available date at no extra expense
  • A full refund when rescheduling is unviable

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be mechanical failures with the assigned boat, we will strive to supply a comparable alternative. In the absence of such, a complete return of funds will be given.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

It is mandatory for all passengers to:

  • Heed all commands from the crew
  • Utilize safety equipment when necessary
  • Inform us of any health conditions that might impact their safety
  • Stay within designated sections on the boat

6.2 Prohibited Items

Certain items are not allowed aboard:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illegal substances
  • Guns or other weapons
  • An excess of non-alcoholic beverages beyond reasonable personal consumption
  • Pets (exceptions possible if agreed upon beforehand)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers should behave in a civil and respectful manner at all times. Any behavior that compromises safety or disrupts other passengers may result in premature termination of the charter without reimbursing.

7. Liability and Insurance

We limit our responsibility to the charter fee paid by you. We are not liable for the following:

  • Injuries sustained due to passenger negligence
  • Loss or destruction of personal belongings
  • Indirect or punitive losses, or other subsidiary damages
  • Delays brought about by weather or situations outside of our control

Our company carries comprehensive maritime insurance for our vessels and operations. Passengers are asked to manage their own travel and personal insurance arrangements.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By partaking in our charter offerings, you accept that marine activity has inherent dangers and you are responsible for your own safety and well-being.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Itineraries including routes or schedules may be altered due to climatic conditions, safety concerns, or operational needs. Comparable alternatives will be sought whenever feasible.

9. Force Majeure

We are excused from any responsibility for delays, cancellations, or changes resulting from events beyond our control, including but not restricted to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural calamities

  • Port closures
  • Unforeseen mechanical impairments
